You don't have to keep carrying it all alone.
I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns that are difficult to change, carrying grief, anxiety, or emotions that feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll explore what lies beneath these struggles, helping you better understand yourself, find greater emotional balance, and move toward deeper connection, healing, and meaningful change.

My Approach: Making Sense of Your Emotions
Our emotions often carry important information about what we need, what matters to us, and how we’ve learned to navigate the world. When anxiety, grief, or recurring relationship patterns leave us feeling stuck, understanding these emotional experiences can help us see ourselves differently.
My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), an attachment-based approach that helps us understand our emotional responses and the patterns that shape our relationships. Rather than simply trying to change how you feel or behave, we’ll explore what drives those patterns and what they may be telling us.
As we develop this understanding, new possibilities can emerge for responding to yourself and others with greater awareness, flexibility, and compassion.

My Commitment
I pledge to be a dedicated student of how you experience your world.
Therapy is a journey of discovery. Together, we’ll explore how you relate to yourself and others, recognizing both the strengths you carry and the places where you feel stuck.
Sometimes that stuckness leaves us asking, “Why can’t I get past this?” Other times, we carry a grief that longs to be understood and accompanied rather than hurried away.
I believe there is value in sitting together with these difficult experiences, seeking to understand what they mean and tending to the wounds that can feel overwhelming. I bring this same spirit of curiosity to my own clinical practice, engaging in ongoing intensive supervision that includes direct feedback and opportunities for growth. This commitment helps me continually deepen my understanding, refine my skills, and offer you thoughtful, responsive care.
My hope is that, through our work together, you’ll deepen your connection with yourself and the world around you. I believe that when we make room for the painful places in our lives, healing and growth can begin to emerge.
